Time Sync Issue with Domain Controller

Update:

Ok so im not 10% sure but I think the problem has cleared up.  Its been like 12 hours and I dont see any tim entries on any of the domain controller logs.  To be honest im not 100% sure on what I did that fixed it. I remember changing 2 resgistry keys on the PDCE

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\W32Time\TimeProviders\NtpClient\SpecialPollInterval to 900

and another key

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\W32Time\Config\Announce Flags to 15

Im going to give it a full 24 hours and see what happens.
